Damaged on Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@subnado.shop. Once verification and confirmation are completed, you will have two options: we can send you a new product or provide a 100% refund.
Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to report any problems. If the product malfunctions during this period or is defective, you can return it at your expense, and we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, allowing you to reorder a new product.
Change of Opinion:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to initiate a return. If you wish to proceed, please contact us at support@subnado.shop. We will provide you with a return address. Please note that we only accept returns for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.
Wrong Product:
If you received the incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will provide a 100% refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
